About my Sumireko design: "I think it's a cute idea that all of the hats Renko wears were inherited from Sumireko. The pink-striped bow wasn't professional-looking enough, though. The runes fluctuate, but I'm not a fan of how they move in her sprite, so they just change occasionally."

About my Tenshi design: "I really like Tenshi having a gradient in her hair. It exudes celestial. I like to think that her hair goes darker when she's feeling aggressive and lighter when she's relaxed. As a bonus, her tan is from the sun and would lighten if in Gensokyo for too long."

About my Merry (And Yuk) design: "Let's talk about Yukaribel. I'm not a fan of Yukari = Merry, so I make them look different, yet still undeniably connected. Yukari has more saturated/darker colors than Merry. (*Bonus kitties) I'll only accept Yukaribel if Renko is a sage (or if ZUN says so ig)."

About my Renko design: "Next, for Renko. Over the years, like ZUN, I've adjusted her palette to be more "red". Sometimes I see artists give Renko red eyes. That's cool! Renko's a human, right? But Merry says her eyes are weird. I give Renko a clock in her eyes, but red is undeniably cool, too."
