Mads @madsfs.bsky.social · 03/10/2026You didn't look for very long. This is linked right in your page above. www-cdn.anthropic.com/files/4zrzov...www-cdn.anthropic.com 100
Mads @madsfs.bsky.social · 03/10/2026That's literally from your own source. It's not a separate source. You'd know that if you read the sources you spread uncritically. 100
Mads @madsfs.bsky.social · 03/10/2026You posted about the "workspace theory" which I pointed out even the independent peer review commentary isn't really all on board with that theory, although you claim it's "universally agreed" 🙄 No response to that. 200
Mads @madsfs.bsky.social · 03/10/2026I literally do read. You don't answer anything I said though. You keep babbling on in a parallel conversation 🤷 100
Mads @madsfs.bsky.social · 03/10/2026Novel within the data set perhaps. It can't remix things from two unrelated datasets like humans do all the time. There is a difference. 100
Mads @madsfs.bsky.social · 03/10/2026You still have to choose what experts you believe and which you don't. That's down to your choice and will colour what you tell other people, same as everyone else. 101
Mads @madsfs.bsky.social · 03/10/2026You should do some more thorough reading of what you share before you share it. 100
Mads @madsfs.bsky.social · 03/10/2026Another independent commentary questions a lot of the claims of the paper stating that this paper could lead to better research but that the workspace hypothesis have not been proven. 100
Mads @madsfs.bsky.social · 03/10/2026"Professional people" is "a couple of people" in this paper and yes, of course those people agree with each other. They are part of the same paper. The "independent" commentary was drafted with Opus 4.8, suggesting the experts voices are already compromised. 100
Mads @madsfs.bsky.social · 03/10/2026By choosing what experts to believe in, you are involving your own judgement. You are parroting other things you read or heard as you don't study this field. So why is your parroting okay, then when you claim others are "just heresay" and "parroting"? 100
Mads @madsfs.bsky.social · 03/10/2026What do you mean by "incorrect at this point"? The models cannot train themselves on the fly, no weights change at runtime, they are trained for literal months at a time. You are the one starting to sound confidently incorrect here. 100
Mads @madsfs.bsky.social · 03/10/2026Yeah, claiming a finite mathematical model is an infinite possibility space is a really bad start. 000
Mads @madsfs.bsky.social · 03/10/2026The mathematical model is a finite space. It would not be infinite. 100
Mads @madsfs.bsky.social · 03/10/2026It's perhaps a crude description, character limits on social media always makes communicating this accurately harder, but it's not far off either. How would you explain it? 100
Mads @madsfs.bsky.social · 03/10/2026If we only allow experts to say anything on these topics then I don't know how you plan to verify the information. You aren't the expert. You'd have to believe in the word of other experts, no? I understand where you are coming from but it's a tad too simplistic I'd argue. 000
Mads @madsfs.bsky.social · 03/10/2026I work with AI everyday as a developer but have also been part of the process of creating in the past. While I wouldn't consider myself the de facto expert on LLMs I know how the biscuit is made, so to speak. It's not magic. A mathematical model does not know anything. Semantically that matters. 000
Mads @madsfs.bsky.social · 03/10/2026This is akin to releasing new software that only had a team of 5 developers check for bugs and then be surprised when some people in a group of one million customers happens to find bugs you never thought of. 010
Mads @madsfs.bsky.social · 03/10/2026When you have a system that can "try everything with everything" you are bound to find something. Whether it's significant or not is debatable. These tools can only do their approaches based on previous data. They are not inventive or "know" anything at all. 310
Mads @madsfs.bsky.social · 30/09/2026At least Souls games are consistently like that. I don't know what excuse Zelda games or Control has. 011
Mads @madsfs.bsky.social · 26/09/2026There are many examples of this type of product on Amazon. Exact or almost exact same product with 40 different brand names you've never heard of and swore came from a Simpson episode. 010
Mads @madsfs.bsky.social · 24/09/2026I compare it more to the idea of how electricity savings work in places like data centers. It doesn't matter much that someone found an energy saving measure to bring down usage tenfold, because then data centers will find ways to stuff tenfold more hardware in to use the surplus. 010
Mads @madsfs.bsky.social · 24/09/2026It's almost like "just doing things faster" isn't actually a boon to society 231
Mads @madsfs.bsky.social · 20/09/2026Free Speech is not free of responsibility. An elected official should understand that more than anyone. 050
Mads @madsfs.bsky.social · 20/09/2026Diamond design is really what should be advocated for when people say "game dev is an iterative process". Diverge and Converge. 031
Mads @madsfs.bsky.social · 13/09/2026This is on par with the scene from CSI: Miami where they can reverse track someone's IP through a Visual Basic Interface. 020
Mads @madsfs.bsky.social · 11/09/2026The game looks gorgeous at least, but if the game design choices are kept as-is from 1998 then this game is unlikely to be received all that well I think. I'm a bit sad we didn't get a new Zelda game instead personally in this style. 211
Mads @madsfs.bsky.social · 10/09/2026Kinda like how a lot of movies/shows for Netflix were written for people who pay half attention because they have their phone, I think some games are similarly designed for twitch streaming and people who have distractions like kids or social media. Whether it's good or not is a different matter. 000
Mads @madsfs.bsky.social · 24/08/2026I went to a concert a Ungdomshuset in Copenhagen and shot some pictures of the bands as they played. Low Light photography is challenging, but I wrote about some tips and tricks using my own pictures as examples! mads.blog/ungdomshuset... #denmark #ungdomshuset #music #metal #photography #guide 020
Mads @madsfs.bsky.social · 15/08/2026Having last watched him in the awful show "The Blacklist" where he was the absolute highlight of the whole thing, I am looking forward to seeing him again. 010

Mads @madsfs.bsky.social · 06/08/2026It's this insane idea that being a landlord should not be a cost to you, so we use your deposit for that. It's so exploitative. 010
Mads @madsfs.bsky.social · 05/08/2026This picture was done like I would a portrait of a person. Using a 55mm prime lens, f/2.8, with my Sony A7 III camera. 020
Mads @madsfs.bsky.social · 05/08/2026Inspired by @freya.bsky.social 's cat pictures, I took a picture of our family cat Louis. He is an old gentle sir that meows like he smoked a carton of cigs a day for years. He just always sounded like that. He is what most foster homes would *love* to have around to foster orphan kittens. Love him. 1595
Mads @madsfs.bsky.social · 02/08/2026Reminds me of the game "Keep Driving". Mads @madsfs.bsky.social · 28/07/2026I can hope that the push against AI in everything is bigger than the one for it. Online discourse distorts the perception so badly. In terms of whether authenticity is dead or not, I find this video an interesting one on the topic; www.youtube.com/watch?v=S4GR...youtube.comWhy The End of Jenna Marbles Is The End of AuthenticityYouTube video by Donna 001
Mads @madsfs.bsky.social · 18/07/2026Aioli is not supposed to be spicy. Just garlic-y. Chili mayo is spicy 020
Mads @madsfs.bsky.social · 16/07/2026In case it has any interest, while the AKG brand was sold off to Samsung years ago, quite a few AKG people instead started a new company called austrian.audioaustrian.audioAustrian Audio - Austrian AudioHigh end microphones, headphones and professional audio tools for the modern sound engineer, producer, musician, recordist and content creator. Made in Austria. Again. 020
