The ALR entry is pretty long. Those are just the cases that are appealed, reported, and chosen by ALRs editors. There are many more cases that aren't appealed, reported or selected by ALR. So yeah, pretty routine whenever a defendant threatens counsel, at least in my 25+ years of experience.
