Russian terror on 7 October claimed 28 Ukrainian lives. Five of the twenty people killed were children, three of whom were just one year old. However, it was not russian terror that prompted young, left-wing Germans to take to the streets in Berlin yesterday, but opposition to the Jewish nation.

Ilse Weber (11.Januar 1903) wurde zusammen mit ihrem Sohn von Theresienstadt nach Auschwitz transportiert. Am 6.0ktober 1944 ging sie zusammen mit ihrem Sohn und anderen Kindern in die Gaskam-mer. Augenzeugen hörten dort ihre Stimme, als sie den Kindern vorsang.

Kazimierz Piechowski (3. Oktober 1919 - 15. Dezember 2017) war im Zweiten Weltkrieg in Auschwitz interniert. Er gehörte zu den 4 Häftlingen, denen am 20. Juni 1942 in gestohlenen SS-Uniformen die Flucht aus dem Lager gelang, dabei schmuggelten sie den Pilecki-Bericht heraus.
