GOOD GOD YEAH. we played against a Victor who had corrupted ethereal shift that had a like, 15 second cooldown so he was basically untargetable (but still doing damage!) MOST of the time. Hell on earth actually.

Victor really is just like that. The only thought you need is if infuser is on cd but you literally just walk at them and they die. This is why refresher Victor is especially tilting because it forgives even MORE negligence for a character whos already easy as fuck. Saying as someone who plays him
