The house situation is over. Basically: someone to accepted a bid on a house we really liked! But we knew it needed work. The owner lying on the seller's disclosure isn't the point. The point is we fell in love with the ~potential of the house before realizing we can't afford to fix it.

Last night I got to see one of my friends from high school perform at a regional theater in a new play about That Time Agatha Crimby went missing for 11 days and she was so good in it and the play was so fun and the theater bar had a great margarita so truly a great night!!
