Tabby cat eating out of her bowl in a combination (hidden) litter box holder, food platform and cat tree. It is multi-storied and instead of her sitting on the level with the food and eating like normal, she's standing on the lower level, through the hole that lets her move between levels, and eating her food on the level above, straining her neck to reach.

After the photo was taken she eventually does pull the rest of her body up to the same level and eats like normal.
