Formal letter filed with FCC in support of a petition calling on them not to approve a merger between local TV conglomerate Nexstar and Tegna that would violate the 39% cap on ownership of TV Stations.

Media and Democracy Project along with Communications Workers of America, Free Press, and several other press freedom and media reform groups have jointed this effort.
