I've been growing mushrooms from two kits from the awesome folks at SnoValley Mushrooms! The Shitake have been harvested and are delicious! Blue Oysters coming soon! These can grow in your living room but I set them up in my dormant seed starting grow tent and they did great even just at 60 degrees!
