My writing partner and I spent an hour and a half last night pouring over notes we wrote about a dungeon 2 years ago trying to match them against a map that I drew 1 year ago. Suffice to say, these things did not align. Sure hope I learn an important lesson from this!

That seems pretty reasonable. I have this (likely unnecessary) fear that if I were to put out a 2e of a game I wrote that it'd be perceived as a cash grab, when the reason is that I've grown as a designer/writer and when I run my own games I notice things I'd do differently if given the chance.

“The Wanderer” by Johnny Cash & U2 I ripped the title of my biggest project from this song. In fact that name was attached to a many projects that never saw the light of day. While the song may not exactly be post-apocalyptic I always got that vibe. I'm also a big Johnny Cash fan (U2 is... fine).

Daybreak 2250 A.D. by Andre Norton My dad randomly gave it to me one day when I was 11 or 12. It's post-post-apocalyptic. Long after I forgot the plot I still recalled a scene with mutants and a semi-truck. Found it years later via a reddit librarian, read it, and loved it. Definitely recommend.
