A 5-4 decision based upon an immigrant who was deported for being a communist. I'm sure were all under that premise...NOT. The other factor is how much more we would have had if SS withholding was put into bonds and mutual funds. Estimates show at least a 500% increase.

I'm not happy with the pittance I get for Social Security. I was told I should be getting at least $3000 a month in tax-free benefit for what I've paid into it. Oh, thats another gripe, paying income tax on 45 years withholding. Give me MY money you greedy bastards!

The problem with this is government pays a much lower rate for ads than PACs or private industry. I wouldn't be surprised if they told the broadcast stations these spots were public service announcements (PSAs) that broadcast free by law. www.nytimes.com/2026/10/05/u...

I'm fascinated by the digital transform from paper. I was in printing for 25 years and our photos were called halftones, dotted images that make a photo on paper. There were several screen sizes but the standard newspaper size was 133 dots per square inch.
