Inktober Day 18: “Deal” Wealth isn’t just earned, it’s leveraged. Once you’re in, everything costs less, except for those on the outside. Concept by me, linework by @eltischy.bsky.social. Made with Scope’s collaborative spirit. #Inktober #Deal #PoliticalArt

Black-and-white illustration split down the middle. A trench-coat figure with a wide brim hat opens their coat to reveal goods offered “for my friends.” Left side (white background) shows a ballot with a check mark, house keys, an electricity meter with a price tag, and a large bottle of water with a tag. Right side (black background) shows a dangling telephone handset and a phone base with a speech bubble reading “White House, how can I help you?”, a solar panel labeled “Flat rate,” a shiny oversized key, and a faucet with flowing water and an infinity symbol above it. Header text reads “BEST PRICES (FOR MY FRIENDS).”

Close-up of the trench-coat figure, hat pulled low, half the face and coat on a white field, half on black, giving a stark, split contrast. The figure smiles with a slightly menacing grin.

Close-up of the left inside of the coat: a ballot with a checked box, a set of house keys, an electricity meter bearing a price tag, and a large bottle of water tagged for sale.

Close-up of the right inside of the coat: a telephone base with a dangling handset and a speech bubble that reads “White House, how can I help you?”, a solar panel labeled “Flat rate,” a large shiny key, and a faucet pouring water with an infinity symbol above it.

Inktober Day 16: “Blunder” sometimes we smile at the mess we made. #inktober #blunder #artist #inking #darkhumor #nuclearwaste #indiecomics

I used today’s prompt as a chance to share a glimpse from our (@mac-creation.bsky.social and me) comic published in @scopemagazine.bsky.social ! It’s about people left behind, struggling to survive, physically and emotionally ragged, in a collapsing world. #Inktober2025ragged #indiecomics

Our comic just launched in Scope Magazine! It’s a small indie release, but one that means a lot to us. Creating this story was both exhausting and rewarding. Support indie artists. Support narrative art. Check out @scopemagazine.bsky.social ! #Inktober2025trunk #indiecomics #narrativeart

Inktober Day 12: “Shredded” Rebellion can mirror what it resists. A punch lands, a wall cracks, a new barrier speaks. I’m exploring this tension together with other voices at @scopemagazine.bsky.social. #inktober2025 #art #satire #resistance #walls #paradox

Shredded man punches a wall and the cracks form the words "build Walls"

The sting doesn’t just pierce skin. It pierces meaning. Fear, when dressed up as “safety,” bites into the very idea of liberty. I’m proud to share this piece as part of @scope_magazine, where we tell stories that bite back. #art #politics #liberty #satire #inktober #sting #securitytheatre #ice

Statue of liberty get stung by a wasp that looks like a ICE Agent that says "“Report back, we've got her!
Subject: oversized green alien, torch still lit — patriotic sting initiated...
She’s been stung — repeat — stung for Homeland Insecurity!”

Inktober 08, Reckless A small-town crosswalk. A short light phase. An old woman stranded between two streams of traffic. This image has lingered in my mind for years. It’s not the sort of “recklessness” that makes headlines, but the kind that becomes invisible when systems are designed without care.
