M4cr0Dutch @m4cr0dutch.bsky.social · 04/06/2026Vale John Blanche. What an amazing legacy of imagination and inspiration. 081
M4cr0Dutch @m4cr0dutch.bsky.social · 29/04/2026This month I worked on an Attack Bike and added to my Bike Squadron. Two of the sculpts were released at the start of 3rd Ed. but they still fit the old aesthetic. I love the Mk VIII Errant armour; perfect for hunting the Fallen. #oldhammer #Warhammer40K #miniaturepainting #darkangels40k #40k2ndAC 0244
M4cr0Dutch @m4cr0dutch.bsky.social · 18/04/2026Season 7 of the 2nd Ed. Army Challenge has started and I am using it as a bit of a springboard to get back in the hobby. For the first two entries I have worked on some rapid reaction units for my Dark Angels. #oldhammer #Warhammer40K #miniaturepainting #darkangels40k #40k2ndAC 0246
M4cr0Dutch @m4cr0dutch.bsky.social · 30/09/2025I have been on a bit of a terrain kick the past week. Here is an acid vat from the TTCombat CHROMA KickStarter. Looking a lot like Brian the Sewer Vent from the old WD battle reports! #Warhammer40K #40k #Terrain 080
M4cr0Dutch @m4cr0dutch.bsky.social · 21/09/2025I'm getting ready to run #DreadTober again this year. If you have a model on a 60+ mm base to paint (or old square base) and would like to join the fun, you can sign up on the blog or comment on this post. dreadtober.blogspot.com/2025/09/drea... #oldhammer #warhammer40K #paintingminiatures #40Kdreadtober.blogspot.comDreadTober 2025 is About to StartBy name and by deeds, they FEAR NOTHING! M4cr0Dutch @m4cr0dutch.bsky.social · 12/09/2025Before his elevation to Grand Master of the Deathwing, Belial was Master of the 3rd Company (Storm of Vengeance campaign book). Here's my take on him, based on the classic Brother Bethor model. #oldhammer #Warhammer40K #miniaturepainting #darkangels40k 1273
M4cr0Dutch @m4cr0dutch.bsky.social · 23/08/2025Vale Marcel van Holst. My father as I prefer to remember him; happy, healthy and someplace by the sea, surrounded by friends and with me. 010
M4cr0Dutch @m4cr0dutch.bsky.social · 10/07/2025#hobbystreak Day 1: Started on some Black Knights. I've had the parts for this kitbash for yonks. I've never been a fan of the front wings, so leaving them off. Plasma flasks are from Hellblaster leftovers and helmet is 3rd party (quite knightly!). So much knife work and still not done. 5 to go... 040
M4cr0Dutch @m4cr0dutch.bsky.social · 08/07/2025Here's a photo of my completed Imperial Agents Army, with models selected from the 2nd Edition Codex Army Lists book (the "Little Black Book"). Fantastic challenge with great camaraderie; the old school 40k community is ace!! #oldhammer #Warhammer40K #miniaturepainting #imperialagents40K #40k2ndAC 1224
M4cr0Dutch @m4cr0dutch.bsky.social · 08/07/2025The final month of #40k2ndAC has zipped past. RL hit pretty hard last month, so I only managed a little motor pool. New models with an old school vibe 😅: Predator "Impossible Light" and Rhino "Voltswagon ⚡" #oldhammer #Warhammer40K #miniaturepainting #imperialagents40k 0191
M4cr0Dutch @m4cr0dutch.bsky.social · 07/06/2025A battery of Rapier Laser Destroyers and Servitor crew to help keep enemy vehicles honest. These Servitor proxies are whimsical as heck 😜 #oldhammer #Warhammer40K #miniaturepainting #imperialagents40k #40k2ndAC 0241
M4cr0Dutch @m4cr0dutch.bsky.social · 07/06/2025Last month I managed to finish the last models of my #40k2ndAC pledge and have started expanding my Imperial Agents with some bonus models. Here is an Engineer to help my Dreadnought stay upright. I love all the bionics! #oldhammer #Warhammer40K #miniaturepainting #imperialagents40k #40k2ndAC 0593
M4cr0Dutch @m4cr0dutch.bsky.social · 19/04/2025Here is my finished Grey Knight Dreadnought. The twin-linked heavy bolter is an old chaos piece that I have carefully... purified 😅 I still have a a bit over a week to go, so may be able to get a bonus done before the deadline. #oldhammer #Warhammer40K #miniaturepainting #imperialagents40k #40k2ndAC 0172
M4cr0Dutch @m4cr0dutch.bsky.social · 18/04/2025A quick WIP for a Dreadnought I am working on. I'm going to use a mix of new and old parts on this one to push the Grey Knights vibe. #oldhammer #Warhammer40K #miniaturepainting #imperialagents40k #40k2ndAC 081
M4cr0Dutch @m4cr0dutch.bsky.social · 14/04/2025I have just finished some proxy Electropriest figures. This unit has some odd rules in 2nd Edition; Frenzy increases their attacks and they hit at a whopping Strength 8, but if they fail a break test the unit is destroyed! #oldhammer #Warhammer40K #miniaturepainting #imperialagents40k #40k2ndAC 1181
M4cr0Dutch @m4cr0dutch.bsky.social · 05/04/2025During March I worked on a second squad of Grey Knights. These are some of my favourite sculpts from that era in GW's history. They were lethal on the tabletop as well; they cost AND hit like half an army! #oldhammer #Warhammer40K #miniaturepainting #imperialagents40k #40k2ndAC 2404
M4cr0Dutch @m4cr0dutch.bsky.social · 16/03/2025An Adeptus Mechanicus hero to lead my Imperial Agents: Marshal Ferris Coltrane, of the Cydonian Rangers. #oldhammer #Warhammer40K #miniaturepainting #imperialagents40k #40k2ndAC 0393
M4cr0Dutch @m4cr0dutch.bsky.social · 02/03/2025Month 2 of the 2nd Edition challenge and I have been busy working on some old school Grey Knights. These figures are essentially re-badged Terminator Librarians from Rogue Trader, but I love them all the same. #oldhammer #Warhammer40K #miniaturepainting #imperialagents40k #40k2ndAC 0232
M4cr0Dutch @m4cr0dutch.bsky.social · 08/02/2025Last month I started the 40K 2nd Edition Army Challenge Mark VI. I am painting some Imperial Agents from the old Codex Army Lists book and opened my account with an Inquisitor Lord and some friends (both new and old!). #oldhammer #Warhammer40K #miniaturepainting #imperialagents40k #40k2ndAC 2655
