So far when it comes to depression I got CBT and talk therapy mainly, I never had to use the meds and such I might find a professional to see how I am and go from there hmm I appreciate your offer a lot still ^^ Things like this are hard dealing with alone

I did get diagnosed with depression a couple of years back I'm not sure if it's returning or not, but the past month wasn't exactly going smoothly for me, lots of things happened It could be it or it could be a medical thing, I can still feel you tho, back then it felt the same for me too 🫂
