Was tired of my elastic cord-holders snapping after a few weeks. Figured out a new way to use my fabric scraps, and solved that problem at the same time. Plus, they're reversible (and cute). I love finding new useful things to make with my sewing machine! 💛

Earpers, remember to find joy in the little things. Like, I, for instance, am currently giggling at my choice of fabrics for the reusable cotton squares I'm making. 😁

Treating myself by replacing this OG overused and holey plastic zip bag by a home-made one, made with scraps of fabric, a repurposed cord and a sassy tag. Been runing after the escaping pliers for too long. I feel like the #WynonaEarp gang would like my new tags...

I'm always reminded of how meditative making art is when I spend time on it. In times like this, it's even more relevant. Who cares if it's great or shitty, the process matters just as much if not more than the result. Though in my case, I also love making things for my people. 💛

Which made me think of the fact that hell is blue when #WynonnaEarp has the upper hand and red when Mina does, and then goes back to blue when it all ends. Before going back to red when the reality of where she is catches up with her. I love the symbolism so much!! #Vengeance
