Super typhoon (C4 High) #ManYi / #PepitoPH / #Pepito just made landfall over Catanduanes. It has veered westwards as well, likely due to interaction with land and/or mountains. With that said, life-threatening conditions continue to prevail over nearby areas. More info below.
