Trista M @lynnrays.bsky.social · 13/09/2026Okay I just have to point out that in #Runaways S3 ep 1, the kids have Xavin impersonate Gert to lure out the aliens, but then the kids are surprised that Gert is not in one of the pods. If you thought the aliens had Gert already, WHY would you use HER likeness to trick them?? Literally no sense. 001

Trista M @lynnrays.bsky.social · 21/08/2026I was reading comments on a recipe video & someone said "you lost me at turning the oven to 375° because it's 900° outside!" and I don't understand the logic... do some people not cook in their ovens when it's hot out?? 000
Trista M @lynnrays.bsky.social · 16/08/2026As much as I wish #TheFalconAndTheWinterSoldier was Sam's 1st Captain America movie instead of a show, I just KNOW they would've kept all the useless parts & got rid of the great parts. So probably best it wasn't. But Sam deserved more appearances as Cap (& the Sam/Bucky interactions are always 🔥🔥) 010

Trista M @lynnrays.bsky.social · 10/08/2026I've posted my art on Tumblr for years but I finally have a post that hit 1000 notes 😮😮 As it got closer to that milestone, I decided to post on *this* account any of my art that hits 1000. So here's the first (only?) sketch! Made for Coruscant Guard Week 2025, prompt: “We’re gonna get you home” 010
Trista M @lynnrays.bsky.social · 06/08/2026Hmm? What's that? Oh, who won Spider-Man online trivia tonight you ask? Meeeeeeeeeee! I did. It was me. I know... no one is asking. Trista M @lynnrays.bsky.social · 30/07/2026#DaredevilBornAgain Foggy had to be killed b/c he never would've allowed the "resistance" to be so useless. On rewatch, it's incredible how Matt & Karen did literally nothing of value, didn't expose anything, visibly struggled with basic planning, no clear strategies at all. 100
Trista M @lynnrays.bsky.social · 27/07/2026I have to get progressive lenses in my glasses but my current frames are too small for that apparently and I'm annoyed because I love my current frames 😔 001
Trista M @lynnrays.bsky.social · 25/07/2026#DaredevilBornAgain IMO it would've been really interesting if Daniel was Fisk's son (why bother mentioning he has "no heir"??) and Fisk found out after Daniel started getting disillusioned (after causing BB's death which absolutely should've happened) 110
Trista M @lynnrays.bsky.social · 24/07/2026#DaredevilBornAgain RIP Commissioner Gallo. Probably should've fired all those "bad apples" instead of keeping them on the force, huh? 021
Trista M @lynnrays.bsky.social · 22/07/2026TMI / PSA I had a pap smear this morning & it was the first successful one I've had in years. Usually my body tenses up too much & they can't finish (or even start) the procedure. I took a Valium (which wasn't really helping tbh) but I FINALLY convinced the Dr that I needed to see what was going on 100
Trista M @lynnrays.bsky.social · 22/07/2026#DaredevilBornAgain Heather talking about vigilantes that wear masks & their reasons for wearing masks, then teasing that Matt should introduce her to Frank Castle for an interview on the subject. Frank. Who does NOT wear a mask 🙄 100
Trista M @lynnrays.bsky.social · 21/07/2026I know it gets a lot of hate, but personally I enjoy #DaredevilBornAgain S1 ep 5 - it's just fun! (And I would LOVE to see Matt having dinner with the Khans) (It does lose points for making Detective Kim be a completely useless hostage negotiator though... her scenes were so painful to watch) 000
Trista M @lynnrays.bsky.social · 19/07/2026Gotta love how not one of the cops or other people hanging around outside of Josie's helped Karen at all while she was trying to keep Foggy alive. #DaredevilBornAgain 000
Trista M @lynnrays.bsky.social · 19/07/2026On to #DaredevilBornAgain S1! The first thing I'll say is Kirsten, you need to take Hogarth, Chao & Benowitz off your list of places you want to work. Didn't you watch Jessica Jones? Hogarth split! Anyway. When are we getting a Nelson, Murdock & Page series? A prequel to DD:BA? COME ON, MARVEL. 010
Trista M @lynnrays.bsky.social · 19/07/2026#Echo is such a good show - I really hope they use Maya in another project! 000
Trista M @lynnrays.bsky.social · 18/07/2026I forgot how much fun the #Hawkeye show is! A bit jarring to go into that directly after watching #Daredevil S3 though b/c what do you mean Fisk is out of prison? Matt *just* put him back in!! 😭 Also makes it unforgivable that Kate wasn't in DD:BA. At the very least, Fisk should be hunting her. 120

Trista M @lynnrays.bsky.social · 03/07/2026I think July is my least favorite month because it's so unbearably hot and so far away from any possibility of cooler weather. And any cool weather that preceded it is a memory so distant that you begin to doubt it was ever real. 000

Trista M @lynnrays.bsky.social · 21/06/2026Throughout the Defenders/Punisher shows, Turk Barrett would show up mainly as comic relief (which is fun), but it's WILD to be rewatching #Daredevil S1 & Turk's first appearance was him literally trafficking young women in a cargo container for the Russians 😬 000
Trista M @lynnrays.bsky.social · 19/06/2026I had really high hopes for #Spider-Noir and it did not disappoint!! So much fun. Loved it. 10/10 No notes! 🕸️🩶 (I watched the black and white version, next time I'll watch it in color) 010
Trista M @lynnrays.bsky.social · 18/06/2026#JessicaJones S3 (SPOILERS) • Better than S2 but nothing tops the perfection of S1 • I love Trish & I'm disappointed at her ending b/c Jessica & I are just never going to see her again & that makes me sad. • Malcolm's journey has been crazy. Good & bad crazy. • Hogarth! Never a dull moment. 110
Trista M @lynnrays.bsky.social · 18/06/2026#ThePunisher S2 (SPOILERS) •Wasn't sure I'd make it through the whole season b/c I absolutely hated the first few episodes. Frank getting mad at his own choices? Could've just called the cops instead of killing everyone. That's all you, man. However, I ended up liking it better than season 1... 110
Trista M @lynnrays.bsky.social · 15/06/2026Finished #ThePunisher S2 & #JessicaJones S3... I have notes, I will write them out later... Next up is Daredevil! After a heated debate (with myself), I'll be starting allll the way back at S1. Before I launch into DD though, I'm going to watch #Spider-Noir because I've been wanting to watch it 🕷️ 010
Trista M @lynnrays.bsky.social · 08/06/2026#IronFist S2 (SPOILERS) • Ward is still my fave of the bunch. Joy was interesting, she kept me guessing all season! • I do NOT remember Davos being so short. When he first talked to Danny, I thought he was standing in a hole or something. • Misty was better in this show than she was in Luke Cage 🔥 100
Trista M @lynnrays.bsky.social · 07/06/2026I bought another bookcase for my room because books were piling up EVERYWHERE. However, now I'm trying to organize all the books across the bedroom and it's just... it is not fun. I'm simply not enjoying this activity. 000
Trista M @lynnrays.bsky.social · 01/06/2026#LukeCage S2 (SPOILERS) • Nice to see the police are still as lax with their precinct security as they were in Defenders. Luke was able to just wander into the room full of unlocked computers & casually pick up a file off a cop's desk while chatting with crime queen Mariah, completely unsupervised. 100
Trista M @lynnrays.bsky.social · 26/05/2026Starting #LukeCage S2 next! I don't think I wrote anything about S1 here because nothing stuck in my head about it after it was over. It was fine, I enjoyed it 🤷♂️ Let's see if S2 makes more of an impression... 010
Trista M @lynnrays.bsky.social · 26/05/2026Just finished #JessicaJones S2 (without spoilers): • Jeri Hogarth is such a fantastic character. I don't say that enough, but I love whenever she's on screen. • I cannot stand Janet McTeer's character/storyline. I think that's why I didn't remember this season- I blocked it out. • Hi, Foggy!! 👋 010
Trista M @lynnrays.bsky.social · 22/05/2026Now on to #JessicaJones S2 which I've seen before but can't really remember even though it's been less than 4 years. 000
Trista M @lynnrays.bsky.social · 22/05/2026Finished #ThePunisher S1 (*SPOILERS*) • Honestly, better than I expected. Still don't actually care about Frank, but the storyline was good! • Lieberman was a great character, & even though I knew the outcome of the prisoner exchange, his wife's reaction was so strong, she had me crying. Fantastic. 110

Trista M @lynnrays.bsky.social · 18/05/2026One more note on #TheDefenders • I love Jessica Jones. And her interactions with Matt were so perfect. 010

Trista M @lynnrays.bsky.social · 18/05/2026Thoughts on #TheDefenders: • I LOVE watching reluctant team ups so any missteps in the show is softened by the fact that they're teaming up! And so reluctantly! • Still don't care about Elektra. Or the Hand/Black Sky. I did like the "5 Fingers" but I feel like it was a waste to use them all at once 110
Trista M @lynnrays.bsky.social · 17/05/2026Since the rest of the Defenders will be in S3 of Daredevil Born Again, I decided to watch the other shows (besides DD & Jessica Jones). I almost turned off #IronFist S1 during the first episode b/c I COULD NOT STAND Ward. Finished the season & he's literally my favorite character from that show 🙃 310

Haven't y'all heard about the car door?? • Heather yes!! 010
Trista M @lynnrays.bsky.social · 05/05/2026If tomorrow's finale of #DaredevilBornAgain doesn't end with Foggy shaking his head & sighing as he watches a news story of Matt being hauled off to jail, then I'm.... I'm just going to pretend that's what happens. 000
