Its news to me. I live in Australia where snow is nowhere within cooee of a beach. What a beautiful photo

A very hot walk this morning. Stuck to wide tracks and stamped often to assist the Osteopinnea and let the snakes 🐍 know I was coming 😳. Saw a kangaroo and many butterflies but no snakes today 😉

I am so sad for the people of LA. Those fires are horrendous and its Winter! What will it be like in Summer! Sending love and strength from Australia where we are facing bushfire season so I feel your pain ❤️🥰

OMG how terrifying! From an Aussie living in one of the most bushfire prone areas in the world - the Victorian Dandenngs. Not looking forward to our Summer. Its early days but we have had 2 in Vic already. Sending love and hugs to anyone affected in LA ❤️

Send some of that "hunch-weather" down south please. We are sweltering in Australia!

Cricket on a knife-edge! Aaaggghh I can't watch!

lynnegibb @lynnegibb.bsky.social · 04/01/2025

Absolutely! We have had several awful bushfires close to us in the forest across the road. A spotfire in the garden of the house next door. Had to evacuate each time and it is so scary ❤️. I would hate to have to live through one of your tornados though

What? You are an artist as well as a writer! Wow, multi-talented ❤️

I forgot to mention I also live in one of the most bushfire prone areas of the world. The Dandenongs in Victoria

Today, in Australia, we are experiencing a heatwave. 39 celcius forecast in Melbourne and that is hot enough but mid 40s in other places. Drought in western Victoria, floods in northern Qld. Its also cyclone season up north. You are correct - pretty hard to find a disaster-proof place to live

That looks like a lovely place to do a walk. Thanks, might give it a go ❤️

I was choosing books at my local library today. Libraries are essential, in my opinion, for the myriad of services they offer ❤️

I do that without annoying anyone. Its the only good thing about wearing hearing aids. Sound is bluetoothed into my hearing aids & only I can hear it. 2nd bonus is that it drowns out the sounds of those inconsiderate morons around me who watch videos with the sound up or chat loudly on their phones
