Today i ran a 5km before breakfast to my alma mater. 56years ago i matriculated @UofGlasgow and 50years ago graduated as a doctor . This weekend is our 50year reunion ( original T-shirt in pics) So many memories #healthyageing #geriatrics #running

Today i was supposed to be #running #Blackpool #Marathon (my 22nd marathon since age 59) but noisy hotel and got in my head and slept for <1hour. Felt sick , started running and was sick. Ended up just running the 21k of a half 😭#run #healthyageing #geriatric #septuagenerians
