I am not advocating for the use of carriages for travel. I am advocating for the hobby of riding with a carriage with your horse if you want. Yes, maybe riding a horse to town would still be a thing here. I am only saying I like to ride in the carriage it is for enjoyment not travel.

Owning many horses and saving abused horses also makes me understand them. When I was younger I was a dressage barn manager and horse trainer who also studied farrier science in order to help horses affected by navicular, now we can discuss it.

I think carriages are cool and I love old fashioned things but maybe not in NYC. Maybe out in the fresh air countryside and fair pay, a green retirement and peace for the horses and people.
