I have heard of musher’s wax but we’ve never tried it! This injury was to his carpal pad, and he did it while punching a fence. However we do a ton of walking on concrete and I’m going to go ahead and check out that wax. And your dog is super cute!

In *A Long Game* by Elizabeth McCracken, pubbed today, this really caught: She compares the practice of writing to lifting weights, remind us that doing a lot of reps with light weights won't help you improve. You have to lift heavy things, ripping your muscles apart in the process, to get stronger.

First day of flyering for #GooderThanGold at #edfringe and I stood near Bedlam Theatre and talked to women over 30. It was fun. My pitch: "This show is for women who take care of everyone else in their lives. What's that like?" Many responded: "Oh, so it's the story of my life then?"
