It’s chilly and dribbly and I have a cold. Maybe Italian penicillin will fix me! —probably not but we should at least check. 1.5 c / ~350 g frozen stock 0.5 c / ~100 g pastina Trawl herb box and freezer for mix-ins Salt, black pepper, something creamy Boil noods, add stuff, season, enjoy.

I can’t have the usual cheeses, so I finished with a good squeeze of sour cream. It’s a savory porridge, and porridge is a land of no kings and only the rules the cook and food agree to. Enjoy!
