such a good poster 😭😭😭

that's a reflection of how beloved the original movie was. such a shame they bastardized it.

I've said it before but I'll say it again. i despise gender essentialism with kids. this "boy dad" and "girl dad" shit pisses me off. kids are just kids. they aren't inherently different if they're a boy or girl.

missing my boy today :/ always in my heart liam

America cannot long remain free, nor first among nations, if it becomes the kind of place where universities are dismantled because they don't align politically with the current head of the government.

I really am so excited for the abc series for 911 and I hate how ungrateful the fandom has been about what they've given to the fans of the show in just two seasons. like it was seriously going downhill with fox bc the network wouldn't let the writers do any of the things they actually wanted to+

i love the way 911 establishes henren and madney as a family, acting as aunts and uncle to each other's kids, doing whatever they can to support each other.

s7 ends with athena bonding with a man who's partner had been killed and seeing the way he was able to forgive the man responsible. s8 starts with athena confronting the man who killed her fiance and finding the strength to forgive him.

the reason i don't really love the headcanon of eddie being a trans girl is bc i identify so much with the character and having characters i identify with be feminized feels a bit like I'M being feminized. it's me projecting my own gender disphoria around femininity. which is valid as fuck actually.

Greetings from Geneva, where I’ve been encouraged to meet so many people fighting tuberculosis and other diseases of injustice. I have also been horrified and outraged to learn more about the death and suffering directly caused by the US abandoning human health initiatives. Hard days.

we watched maleficent with my 3 yr old niece a few days ago. this morning she kept asking me "why did the boy steal her wings?" and i honestly struggled to explain it to her. that scene is stuck in her head tho. tbh same girl i don't get it. why do boys do that?

i say this with all the love and respect i can possibly muster, bc i really do enjoy 911 and wanna talk about it, but it's gotta have the stupidest fandom I've ever been a part of. like y'all think you know what's happening but that kinda makes it worse. I'm constantly infuriated.

I'm not usually into the whole western vibe in tv shows. it's just not my thing. but jensen does look very hot and anirudh is surprising very good at playing a douchebag.

found out both jensen ackles AND anirudh pisharody are in big sky so starting now (with season 3 which is when they join)

So much of this stuff is people feeling bad for experiencing cognitive dissonance and taking it out on everyone around them

twitter is being a bitch but i need to use it less anyways and summer just started so I'm using this as an opportunity to delete the app from my phone and move my bedtime scrolling to this one.

i did nearly cry when buck said he didn't need eddie bc of the dog just for him to also immediately get taken away. but i also get why eddie was pulling back so hard bc he really wants to put his kid first to his own desires.

the new drake album is AI. that's why it's so bad. he really doesn't have anything left to give like he's done.

one thing and then I'm not gonna post about this again but a lot of blake lively defenders seem confused about why people keep bringing up stuff about her character. it's not bc it somehow "proves" there was no harrassment on that set, no one can know that who wasn't on set. +

you're actually morally obligated to do this so keep it up 👍

hi I'm back lol. twt is getting scary fashy

000

can i admit that i find it really irritating when spn fans act like angels were all literal brothers and sisters? doing it in fics is one thing but when we're talking about the actual show they're brothers in the same way soldiers in an army are brothers. it's camaraderie.

i saw someone call this guy jake gyllenhaal and now I'll kinda be disappointed if the actual killer isn't jake gyllenhaal.
