Dems need to go left and not right. When voters are polled on policies with no name behind them, they overwhelmingly choose the further left ones on average. When Dems run as Republican-lite the voters go with the real thing. Can voters in the middle be swung back? If not, get ones who stayed home

It was only for around 6 weeks but from early July until late August of 2009, the Dems had 58 senators and 2 independent who caucused with them. This included 1 each from AK SD NE IA MO IN OH LA FL NC And 2 each from MT ND AR WV Can we ever see this again in our lifetimes or even anything close?
