being a russian game developer in 2026 means being suppressed inside and outside the country because you have a russian passport, even if you live in another country now

I'm working on translating parts 2 and 3 of the Purrfect Apawcalypse game, as well as making a patch for part 1. An updated Russian translation is coming soon! Thanks to the Russian-speaking community of the "Purrfect Apawcalypse" game series for the feedback that will help me.

#purrfectapawcalypse 1 is now available in russian! (as is pa2 and 3. things were out of order because the demo was the first to be translated before the remake even released). thank you to @luteo427.bsky.social for completing the trilogy! hope everyone enjoys the translation and has a great day! :)

the main menu of purrfect apawcalypse, translated into russian.

olive in the library with patches saying (in russian) something about wanting to eat a book!

olive in the gym lamenting over the dead gym-dogs in russian.

olive in the bathroom meeting brownie, who guesses (in russian) that lunchlady piggy keeps a stash (of chocolate) in the cafeteria!

I’m translating a couple of furry visual novels right now. Love helping out furry indie authors whenever I can!

I spent the last three days participating in a jam called "Office Psychosis." My team and I came up with a cool concept, but we missed the deadline. There were furries and cool dudes... Maybe we'll come back to this game someday.

Comic-style illustration. In the foreground, an anthropomorphic dog with an anxious expression stares at an alert on a computer monitor showing a red exclamation mark. A small, blank red speech bubble floats above its head. Looming behind the monitor is a menacing, pitch-black shadow entity with glowing red eyes. The scene uses dramatic high-contrast lighting and halftone dot shading.

@90percentdenny.bsky.social couldn't contact you other way, so here is the post I’m interested in translating Purrfect Apawcalypse: Love at Furst Bite into Russian. I really liked the game, so I want to share it with my non-english friends. Please DM me if you’d like to discuss this
