In case you're only interested in Vale and/or Jess: They first appear on chapter 6 (although Jess leaves after a couple of panels, Vale stays for the rest of the chapter), they both heavily appear on chapter 7 and then Vale stars chapters 10 & 12 with some decent amount of Jess.
