Made herb cream cheese with a bunch of stuff from our garden:

a bowl of cream cheese, a cheap plastic cutting board, kitchen knife and a small collander of herbs and some tomatoes
- basil
- garlic chives
- shishito peppers
- a jalapeno
- orange and green "belapenos" which are jalapenos that are as mild as bell peppers
- various tomatoes of different sizes

the finished product:
A toasted bagel in two halves plastered with the blended cream cheese and herbs, topped with tomatoes. on the side are some small sliced cherry tomatoes topped with some salt and ground black pepper on a plastic delft patterned plate.

I'd be lying if I didn't partially choose what to grow based on how it would look when harvesting or pruning.

made sun dried tomatoes for the first time because we are drowning in them and only 50% of the house eats them. I'm not on that half except that I love sun dried tomatoes so chopping some up to put on my pizza

I set up a "medicate and recreate" spot on the patio off my basement a month or so ago. Because it's Georgia, I put up a mesh tent thing to sit inside. This weekend I ran lights through my back yard. This is my view from the patio

all my hobby maxing (as the younger teen calls it) over the years has led to the WORST possible destination - making shelf stable edible products for myself (thanks Mitch...). I will say that infused sugar is pretty much at the top of my list.

Over the holidays, I swapped rooms with my younger teen to give him more space. Loving that I have more space to decorate. It's a bit "dorm-room" since there's a small guest bed in here but I love it.
