Amid the devastation of the fire at Holt Heath, there is a little ray of hope. The fire at Holt Heath in Dorset decimated 69 hectares of heathland. The precious habitat is home to 6 types of native UK reptiles. Volunteers, including one of our rangers, came to rescue as many reptiles as possible.
