An explanation on why Big Walk isn't available on Xbox. bigwalk.game/xbox

Regarding Xbox

In June 2026 we announced that the release of Big Walk would be limited to computers, Switch 2 and PS5. Since then, we have received many messages and comments, asking about a future Xbox release. We would like to address those questions here:

We have made the decision not to release Big Walk on Xbox, in accordance with the Palestinian-led BDS (Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions) movement’s call to boycott Microsoft, and their designation of Microsoft Games (and Xbox) as a priority boycott target. If you need help understanding our motives, we would recommend reading about why Microsoft is a BDS priority target, the successes this kind of pressure has already had on Microsoft, and especially, watching this great introductory piece by People Make Games.

It has always been our intention for Big Walk to be played by groups of friends, and we know that keeping the game off Xbox runs counter to those intentions. This decision means that some people will miss out on playing Big Walk with their friends, and we understand the disappointment we’re causing. We are disappointed too.

We would love for people to be able to play the game on Xbox, but not until Microsoft and/or Xbox have been removed as BDS boycott targets.

We’ve made this decision with the belief that meaningful change can be made in the world, that coordinated collective action can confront even the most powerful interests, and that one day, Palestine will be free.

Thank you for your understanding.

Sincerely,
House House

i kissed a beautiful lady while I was busy watching Ant Bully at the gay bar. We met that night while the movie played on my phone and for now, our only irl interaction is me realizing that with what is said in Ant Bully, there is an Ant Jesus. Here's my review of Ant Bully.

Speaking of Yoru, I always think of this photo. Her face changed so much after becoming a house cat. She raised kittens on the streets too, so I’m sure she had a hard time

Two side-by-side photos of Yoru, a black-and-white tuxedo cat. On the left, Yoru is living outdoors as a stray, with a thinner face and a more serious expression. On the right, after becoming a house cat, her face looks fuller and softer as she relaxes indoors

the plane's fine, he's been through worse than a water landing

an illustration depicting the AfterAspect AASF-112 "Asterios" floating in shallow tropical waters. floating beside it in a pink inner tube is the pilot, and atop the Asterios is a flamingo-shaped pool toy. the plane itself features a red nose, a dark grayish-blue paintjob, large canardd, and swing wings in a forward swept configuration, resembling a Su-47 Berkut. the text details its capabilities, highlighting the variety of regimes it can operate under, and the technologies that make such capabilities possible

the entire reason i'm learning all these new skills to make a whole dang game is because i just love creating weirdly personal art and putting my imperfect paws all over it. i love it when people do that!! it's really cool! i love seeing people express themselves. i want people to want that too.

i feel like my thoughts on the matter have been pretty clear from the word go, but just in case: the moment i think automating creativity out of existence is a good idea is the day i've been unceremoniously replaced by an evil lena that has bad opinions. (put another way: i'll never use gen ai)
