She nodded and followed after him quietly. She was extremely nervous and doing her best to hide it. She unconsciously squeezed her partner's PokeBall. She was battling a former champion and current gym leader. If she loses she makes Alola look bad. They already are on thin ice.

She listened as she explained what she was doing. What can she even say? "I see well I'm glad you are working on conservation. No more Frozen Pokemon right?" Yeah she was still sore about that disaster.

"So what have you done since you got back anyways. I know you met up with Lillie that's about it."

She winced a bit at the reminder the weight of an entire region was on her shoulders. That still stung her a bit. But if meeting Lusamine will make Lillie happy. Then she'll do it. Lillie already suffered so much. "Alright Lillie I'll meet her at the foundation. Just please stay safe.."

She still had her own family in Elio and her mother. Lillie had lost almost everyone. Gladion was Arceus only knows where, her father was long gone due to Nihelgo. She was so alone in the world outside of Snowy. Her mother wanting to do better must be a smallest shred of hope she has. +

Selene frowned as she saw Lillie collapsing in on herself. She was serious about this and she wasn't going to back down. If she didn't agree to it she may lose her dear friend. She can't imagine how painful it was to not have her family. She'd already lost her father. +

Selene was quiet for a few minutes as she processed what Lillie was asking. She wanted her to meet up with her insane mother? That may have been Nihilego's doing but it still came from somewhere inside her mother. Had Lillie forgiven her mother despite everything she did? +
