Haven't picked up a pen in a long, long time. Here's two quick sketches of a character for a game I'm working on.

Two sketches in red depicting a doodle of what I imagine a space captain to look like for a game I'm working on.

Been working on a sci fi space opera... Thing. Mostly worldbuilding so far, but honestly, you know that feeling you get when you write something and are like "Yo, that shit's sick" Getting some of that with this. Just need to get my shetland pony together and actually turn it into something.

People: you draw your horses with way too long necks, that's not realistic. me: hold my beer. #drachenmagier #workInProgress #art

I figure some people might find this hearthstone battlegrounds run I had very, very funny. I was laughing as it was happening :V

Feels weird listening to a podcast say that, during the fall of the Roman Empire, regular citizens might only have known because the bridge never gets fixed, as I look at a bridge that collapsed at a nearby park a year ago.

Trying out a different sketching tech and feel. Art is weird, and hard. Also stopped using my tablet screen? And it feels weirdly better.

Played some "Of the Devil" and the first 20 minutes of the demo had me enamored and I bought it. Then the big twist came, and that corrupted the premise enough that I've no interest in playing the rest of it. Everyone should still try it and play it, though. It genuinely is good. Just not for me.

Kids playing on a riptide battlesuit's shield generator on a beach y/n?

A very rough sketch of a few blue figures sitting on and dangling off a riptide battlesuit.

I've been mulling over a new T'au piece for a while and I think I've finally got it nailed down in my head. Defo always included a few auxiliary species, but the actual setting was up in the air.

Come commission work. I've still got such a long way to go, but I'd be lying if I said I haven't improved, as a casual hobbyist and amateur.

A rough, sketched grayscale value painting of an anime character with a serious expression, dreads and face tattoos.

When depression strikes, doodle. Even if today was a day when I got Capital-N Nothing done, I at least got lowercase-s something done.

Some weird black and white doodle of a woman done in digital paint.

Just finished this commission. It was a JOY to draw, I've never done snakes before, and I'm sure it shows, but I think the image reads well. The two-headed snake being a sign of paradox and oxymoron is a wonderful one, too :). Not I just gotta think about what to draw next. . . Maybe more Warhammer

A fantasy illustration resembling a tarot card features a grey-scaled, horned dragonborn character floating against a beige background. The character wears a long blue coat with red trim and smiles while interacting with a large, two-headed green serpent coiled around their body. The upper snake head has its mouth open near the character's raised hand, while the lower head flicks its tongue. A scroll banner at the bottom of the card reads "The Two-Headed Serpent" in a gothic font.

Some idle doodling. I quite like this marker type pen

Two faces, a kroot (or at least an attempt at a kroot) and someone that looks a bit like measurehead from Disco Elysium.

Just had to draw Aun Yor'i at the end of Elemental Council. When I first started collecting T'au, I was sure I'd hate the Ethereals, but that book made me really love the complexity of them, specifically through Noah's Yor'i. Alt text contains his description from the book.

A beautiful cloak mantled his broad shoulders, tight wrappings enveloping his lean arms. The royal velvet of a teacher’s skirt poured to his hooves. All that remained of the wound in his midriff was discoloured keloid and a lattice of scars from healsphere treatments and drone surgery. A golden mask concealed half of his face, disfigured during his confrontation with the Assassin at Hillae’s manse, which was hammered in his icy image. For all the cold cruelty in that visage, warm wisdom radiated from the ethereal. As if the attempt on his life had shattered some facade he had laboured to maintain, revealing a many-petalled flower, as full of dimension and colour as it was delicate and soft.

Also, since Noah actually responded to me (Lord knows for like 20 minutes I was starstruck as hell), but I figured I'd draw something actually *from* Elemental Council, so here. Have a teaser #wip of Aun Yor'i at the end of the book. #elementalcouncil #warhammer #warhammer40k #art #fanart

After reading @noahvannguyen.bsky.social's fantastic Elemental Council book, I just had to draw something for my sept. (Apologies if tagging like that is bad form. I don't really know how to use bsky...) #art #oc #digitalart #tau #warhammer40k #40k

A digital concept art painting depicting a T'au Devilfish transport vehicle and three Fire Warriors in a snowy, icy environment. The scene uses a cool color palette of blues, blacks, and whites. One soldier sits on the side of the hovering vehicle aiming a rifle, another perches on the roof, and a third kneels in the foreground on the right.

A rough, faint line-art sketch of the same scene on a white background. Loose grey pencil-like strokes outline the geometry of the Devilfish transport and the gestures of the three soldiers, showing the initial structural phase of the artwork before value or color was applied.

A dragon havin' a nice lil' time with friends (off screen). (For @velkazima.bsky.social :3 )

A digital painting of a dragon in casual clothes lounging on a shield as she drinks from a tankard. Her friends are off screen, no doubt.
