First run in 3 months after a really bad foot/ankle sprain at the beginning of November (NOT caused by running but by just walking, slowly, in flat trainers! 🤣) A slow steady one to test the waters. ✌️ PS I need new running shoes - any recommendations?? 👟

Do you know where you were on the 16 Jan 09? @luluvee76.bsky.social & I were having the best night in Manchester welcoming New Kids back in the UK after 17 years! We all (literally) drank the bar dry, we met the guys and we had the best time with our Blockhead sisters! Take me baaaaaack! 😊♥️

Thinking of everyone in LA being effected by the horrific fires. Having nearly lost our home in Australia due to a bushfire when I was 9 years old I know that the fear & horror of having an inferno on your doorstep never leaves you. Stay safe ♥️ #LovetoLA

Word of the Day : Betwattled 🤪 I am definitely still feeling extremely betwattled after my alarm didn’t go off this morning and my dog woke me up at 8.10am, the time my kid usually leaves for school!! 😱😱😱 First time that’s ever happened! 😂

Happy New Year folks! 🎉 Wet, windy, gloomy New Years Day means a pub lunch then home for Christmas cake and one of the all time classics. I went to see it in 1985 at a drive in! Anyone else do the same?? 🔙⏰🎬🚗🍿 l

The day I accidentally saw my hero in my lunch break & he thought I was there to interview him … oh and my phone had JUST died so I couldn’t take any pics of him 😂😂😂 But someone got me in this snap so I have evidence at last that it did actually happen and I didn’t dream it!! 😃 #PaulMcCartney ♥️

The time I shared the stage (for a chat & a pic!) with #MarkRylance …his staggering performance in #WolfHall must surely be one of the greatest pieces of acting of all time. Subtle, silent, sensitive, yet stirring, commanding & deeply moving. A true master of his craft. Unforgettable 🙌

A Midsummer Nights Dream at the Barbican was one of the most spellbinding Shakespeare plays I’ve ever seen. It practically FIZZED with joy & mischief 🤩 Gorgeous set design + dazzling delivery = pure magic ✨ So fab to meet Mat Baynton too whose Bottom was magnificent! 🙌 Run to see it if you can!! 🎭

The new Scorsese/Teseschi Beatles film is brilliant - not much I hadn’t seen already over the years but this made the footage, the music, the interviews and the exhilaration of the fans as fresh, new and exciting as it would’ve been at the time ✌️🎶🎸
