if the npm CLI detects a binding.gyp file in the cwd, it will add a `scripts.install` to the manifest, but not the package.json in the tarball so i staged a release adding a binding.gyp file and here's what drydock shows me

i’m 40 🎉 i went an early bike ride where i rode 40 miles to draw the number 40. my kids thought it was cool and weird
