Another day another round of bus cancellations by the utterly shite First Bus (Worst Bus). The sooner we can take back control of the buses the better. With a bus only every 30mins now that means a ridiculous gap between services. Our councillors don’t seem interested in helping. I give up! 🤦‍♂️

The Eagle Nebula (catalogued as Messier 16 or M16, and as NGC 6611, and also known as the Star Queen Nebula) is a young open cluster of stars in the constellation Serpens, discovered by Jean-Philippe de Cheseaux in 1745–46.

A glorious evening spent watching the incredible force of power that is Kae Tempest at the Theatre Royal Bath. Powerful and moving performance featuring just them - no backing tracks or musicians. It gave the words even more weight than normal.

Finally a clear night! The telescope is out and currently pointing at the Pleiades (7 sisters). It’s freezing cold out there (so currently remotely controlling the scope and cameras from my front room). Tracking seems to be good! Getting 30 second exposures with no issues. Yay! #AstroSky
