They've finally set a new date for the next Buffy the Vampire Slayer comics. I'm still on the fence about if this will be good or not but more Buffy is always welcomed.

Got ID'd even though I'm 37. I need that pick me up.

Any graphic designers follow me on here? I need someone to take a look over my portfolio to see if it's missing anything. I've looked at it too much and now hate everything. 😂

I think it might work just because the rest of the cast are also around the same age. In the Fox films the X-Men were older than her so it threw it off. Personally I would have rather we had them all a bit older and instead included characters like Kitty for the younger cast.

Anna Paquin is a good actor but she wasn't the right choice. She was too young to play the Rogue people wanted. So yes the script was at fault but so was the casting choice imo.

She's the face of Buffy... This is a stupid take. Also David was on Buffy from the beginning, had his own spin off, and he had multiple successful TV shows. Masters wasn't there from the start and is mostly a guest star actor so it makes sense.

If Toy Story 5 focuses more on Jessie's story like 4 did with Woody, does this mean 6 could focus more on Buzz and complete the trios trilogy? It would be a nice wrap up after the original Andy trilogy.

I'm wanting to do more book covers, if anyone knows of anyone looking for an illustrator for their book (or you're looking) let me know. www.lukeethornhill.co.uk

An Ash Vs Evil Dead and Chucky TV crossover would have been awesome.

I'm so hungover I ordered food from the round location and no Uber eats person would pick it up so I had to cancel and reorder which now means I've paid for two meals lol 🫪

The Boys final wasn't bad but it was hugely disappointing.

Now the bad is.... Well bad. I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they uploaded the unfinished version cos that VFX was bad in the roof scene and sound mixing was a bit off. It also should have been longer than 45 mins. It was rushed and too short.

Lots to love about The Punisher: One Last Kill. Firstly it felt like a one shot comic. It was brutal. It was dark. Ma was great to see on screen, I hope we get more of her. And Bernthal was on top form. It deals with his PTSD well and does a good job at setting up future one shots or a series.

Exactly this. You also just can't call for sustainability to be part of your design and then use ai generated art for your design. It's so stupid.

This season of Interior Design Masters is weird. They're told they need to bring sustainability into their designs and yet the designers keep using ai. Michelle should be calling that out. 🫪

Ten year old me saw this in a shop when I was in skeggy and bought it purely because it was called Buffy. I became obsessed with Bad Taste Bears 😂

Daredevil season 2 (5) final was great. I wasn't expecting Fisk to do what he did but it was a good tense final. I only wish we got a bit more action from DD and JJ. Season 3 just needs to really up the action.

Why does Disney+ put their own Disney+ ads on their Disney+ app? Dumb.

The new Resident Evil film looks great but it could have just been any zombie film, didn't really need to be a RE film seeing as it's not based on any game.

Left my job of 8/9 years today. Mixed emotions. It's a huge end of an era and I'm not sure about what's next.

My commitment to being reckless with money knows no limits. I already have all the Buffy novels but I wanted the single novel version of The Lost Slayer so I bought a box of Buffy books just for them 🫠😂

Great casting and visually it was beautiful... But should have been maybe 3-4 episodes long imo.

It had some really good moments but ultimately felt too long and underwhelming.

I'm not sure about that, I think some of them would and I'm sure even Whedon would rather his creation was in good hands.

I genuinely do not want to see Spike or Angel back unless they're recasting tbh. I don't want humans or CGI/ai versions of either of them. I also just generally don't want their characters back for the spuffy/bangel stuff. Just let Buffy move on.

I wish we got more Thor and the Guardians of the Galaxy. That would have made a more fun film than what we got with Love and Thunder.
