I also tried the Shimano wheel change challenge (photo, not of me, for illustrative purposes). Just under 50 seconds - not too bad, but the supervising mechanic said he once did it in 20 seconds. I think I'll stick to writing about cycling. 😉 #Montréal2026 #LKanada
