Viele erfolgreiche Interventionen basieren auf den bestehenden Theorien. Offene Fragen bestehen jedoch dazu, welche Intervention bei wem und unter welchen Umständen wirkt. Könnte ein besseres Verständnis von mot. Prozessen auch zur Weiterentwicklung von gezielten Interventionen führen?

Theorien, die spezifische Annahmen über diese Prozesse treffen und empirisch prüfbar machen könnten dazu beitragen motivationale Prozesse und motiviertes Verhalten in Lehr- Lernsituationen noch besser zu verstehen.

Welche kognitiven, affektiven und behavioralen Prozesse führen von Selbstwirsamkeit, Wertüberzeugungen, intrinsischer Motivation, etc. zu Lernerfolgen, Leistung, oder Walhentscheidungen? Sind es die gleichen oder unterschiedliche Prozesse, die von verschiedenen mot. Variablen zu Lernerfolg führen?

Schön, dass unser Paper Diskussionen anregt! Unser Ziel ist es nicht aktuellen Theorien zu widersprechen, sondern zu fragen, wie diese weiterentwickelt werden könnten, um motivationale Prozesse noch besser zu verstehen.
