Remeshed it in Blender, modeled the internal cylinder, both models printed perfectly first time, I didn't had to measure anything and everything matched! Im very impressed with how useful it is

The files for this model came pré sliced for resing printing.. I did it with filament ayway with a 0.4 nozzle. Im impressed it worked at all

Adding LEDs to this thing was more work than I expected... There is a whole internal contraption to hold the battery in place, the electronics and connect it all on the broom stick.. in the end, it is just friction mounted, adjusted with electrical tape. lol

This was harder than I expected, This was the first time I used printed stickers on a piece instead of just painting. It was also one of the largest things I ever printed with resin!

Turns out low latency bluetooth is neither low latency or high quality enough for me, so.. I got this 50$ stage transmitter / receiver pair and mounted it on my headphone with a 3D printed case I made. Im really happy with the result, it is pretty much indistinguishable from having a cable!
