Top 19 3D controllers 8) Wii Classic Controller Pro Nintendo remembered some of us like actual buttons. Dual sticks, proper shoulder buttons, and an okay shape. Odd placement of the cable (plugged into the Wii Remote) was clumsy, but this felt like a real pad again. #RetroGaming #Wii #Nintendo

Top 19 3D controllers 10) OG Xbox Controller S Smaller, better button placement, and far more comfortable. The black and white buttons are still weird, but everything else works. Still not perfect, but a leap forward. The accessory slots, borrowed from the DC, are a great idea #RetroGaming #Xbox

Top 19 3D controllers 11) PS3 Sixaxis Sony ditched rumble claiming it wasn’t compatible with motion, then re-added it almost immediately. Lightweight to the point of feeling hollow, and lacking the haptics we’d grown to expect. Playable, but feels like a real downgrade from the DS2 #RetroGaming #PS3

Top 19 3D controllers 12) PS Dual Analog Controller The forgotten sibling. Came before the DualShock, and added sticks but no rumble. Solved the ergonomics issues with the small release day controller, but ultimately it was just a step on the way to greatness. #RetroGaming #PlayStation #PSX

Top 19 3D controllers 14) GameCube controller Strange, asymmetrical, and one-of-a-kind. Comfortable grip, great stick, but weird button sizing and layout makes it a poor fit for many multi-platform games. Top 19 3D controllers 16) Wii U Gamepad The Swiss army knife of controllers: Screen, buttons, mic, camera, NFC. Sadly, most of it went unused in many games. The battery life is abysmal and the size makes it awkward for long term use anyway. Fun, but flawed. #RetroGaming #Nintendo #WiiU

Top 18 2D controllers 1) Super Nintendo controller Nintendo nailed it. The best d-pad of all time, four face buttons placed just right, shoulder buttons that actually feel good to press. Comfortable shape, solid build. Nothing flashy, just the gold standard for 2D control. #RetroGaming #SNES

Top 18 2D controllers 2) Mega Drive controller (6 btn) This is Sega at their best. Lighter, more comfortable and capable than the original. The low-profile face buttons are perfect for rapid inputs, and the d-pad is great. Essential for fighting games, but great for anything. #RetroGaming #MegaDrive

Top 18 2D controllers 3) Competition Pro 5000 An amazing joystick even compared to "The Arcade". Perfectly weighted, using microswitches, decent ergonomics, and all the buttons you'd ever need (for the next couple of years). So good they had to remake it with USB. #RetroGaming #C64 #Amiga

Webm is a bad format for bad people. The fact that you never know if a file is a still image or video is already a stabable offence. Nevermind the fact that many traditional image editors and viewers won't even open it. Stick to MP4 and JPG/PNG please.
