Mockup Generator launched today on Microlaunch and tomorrow on Product Hunt. 🥳 I know we shouldn't be emotional about our products but I am. I am because I'm at a point in life where I just need something to work in my favor. Links in the comments if you'd like to support either launch 😇

Of course! Sign up and send me a DM with the email you used, I'll add some trial days to your account 😁

Yeah I've been toying with the idea of just adding a free trial as standard to be honest! May look at adding it in a couple days - thanks Iain!😊

It's still in MVP stage and I plan on adding more features/models etc but for anyone into design, I hope you'd find this useful!

A few days ago I quietly deployed my second app.👇 mockupgenerator.xyz I'm experimenting with pricing so it's currently only paid, but I'm happy to give away some free trials for a bit of honest feedback 🙂

Well I'm pleased with the results from ahrefs site audit! Iterated on fixes and gone from 76% to 99% health score. Thanks to everyone for their suggestions 😀 #buildinpublic

Yeah I've been a bit obsessive with it today I think ha! Going to call it a day now, happy with the results: gone from 76% to 99% on ahrefs...I'll fix the last 1% another day 😅 Thanks for your help Miguel!

Lucybuilds @lucybuilds.bsky.social · 19/01/2025

Thank you Miguel! That's pretty much the process I've settled with 😁 I'm finding ahrefs super helpful! Found a very big flaw in my code because of it and currently on my 3rd crawl after fixing and iterating - fingers crossed this will be the last crawl and I'll have no errors 😂

That's awesome thank you Mazault! I'll give this a go 😊

010

Lucybuilds @lucybuilds.bsky.social · 18/01/2025

That's a healthy looking score 😍😅 Yeah every page I guess but mainly the site in general, is that's a thing 😂

110

Lucybuilds @lucybuilds.bsky.social · 18/01/2025

That looks awesome and pretty user friendly for someone new to seo, thanks Iain I'll take a look!

010

Lucybuilds @lucybuilds.bsky.social · 18/01/2025

Apologies if I don't use the correct terminology, quite new to SEO! 🙈 Is there any particular tool available to measure your applications SEO and provide suggestions to improve? #buildinpublic

Lucybuilds @lucybuilds.bsky.social · 12/01/2025

I'll probably start with Google ads. I've no experience with any paid marketing but I'll be interested to see the analytics from that. Open to hearing any suggestions! 😊

Lucybuilds @lucybuilds.bsky.social · 12/01/2025

Crawled back under my rock again lately but got super sidetracked with my second project that I'm obsessed with. It's something that will help designers/marketers (i hope at least!) And I'm debating whether keeping it quiet and seeing how far paid marketing and SEO will take it...if anywhere!

Been working on some nice updates for Bookmarkr over the last few days 🤩 Last update has just been pushed to Chrome Webstore for the extension and I should be able to publish everything in a day or so! Then Bookmarkr will also be open for it's original intended platform, X/Twitter! #buildinpublic

I'm going back to a Keto lifestyle tomorrow and I'm so excited. I often turn to Keto for a full reset. It's the only way I can rid all the awful sugar cravings and I always feel so good when I'm on Keto. The weight loss is just an added bonus. Does anyone have any keto/low-carb recipes to share?

000

Lucybuilds @lucybuilds.bsky.social · 31/12/2024

what happens, whether it's rubbish or not. I'm going to finish the build and launch it because I know every step I take would be brand new and the knowledge I'd gain would be worth it. Turns out, I'm super happy with the end product and I use it daily so screw the MRR-I'm proud 😊 Happy new year 💙

020

Lucybuilds @lucybuilds.bsky.social · 31/12/2024

It's been a pretty average year for me but the one thing that I'm extremely proud for is building (and launching!) Bookmarkr. I never believed in myself and had no idea what I was doing. I had attempted projects before but stopped at the first hurdle. I told myself this time I don't care...

120

Lucybuilds @lucybuilds.bsky.social · 31/12/2024

I may have done that part backwards but I got there in the end 😂🙃

110

Lucybuilds @lucybuilds.bsky.social · 31/12/2024

That's amazing well done Jurijs! 👏 Any tips for someone who hates running but really wants to get into it? 🙈

110

Lucybuilds @lucybuilds.bsky.social · 31/12/2024

Insane Marc, such an inspiration 🙌🥳 that's more than my 'life changing amount' in my head 😂

000

Lucybuilds @lucybuilds.bsky.social · 31/12/2024

Same for mine! 😞 He wears a calming collar a few days before and I have a calming plugin and we just cuddle up with curtains closed and a loud film on ❤️

Lucybuilds @lucybuilds.bsky.social · 30/12/2024

Been a good day of building and I finally got to work on a big revamp for a new update. Can anyone take a guess what that is? Clue is in the video...enjoy looking at sporadic scrolling 😉 #buildinpublic

That's awesome congrats Chris! 🥳

Dark mode is now live! 😊 I'm that weirdo that prefers light mode normally, but I think I actually prefer dark mode on Bookmarkr! Now I guess I need to work on the big update that I've been putting off... Check out the new dark mode and let me know what you think! bookmarkr.app #buildinpublic

Hey Sergey! That would be great if you could! 😊

To save me working on what I should be working on, I decided to add Dark mode for Bookmarkr, what do you think? Still working on a few niggles but I hope it will satisfy dark mode lovers 😂 #buildinpublic

Hey Leo, thanks! Hope you had a good Christmas 😊

010

Lucybuilds @lucybuilds.bsky.social · 30/12/2024

Hahaha now that i could write plenty about 😂

020

Lucybuilds @lucybuilds.bsky.social · 29/12/2024

Haha good one! 😉 Sadly yes, daily! But the last time I worked on my code it was going well and left it in a 'working' state, and I'm not sure I have the mental capacity to fix anything right now 😂

000

Lucybuilds @lucybuilds.bsky.social · 29/12/2024

Do it! :) Have you thought about any particular topics you'd discuss?

100

Lucybuilds @lucybuilds.bsky.social · 29/12/2024

I think we must just really enjoy punishing ourselves 🤣

110

Lucybuilds @lucybuilds.bsky.social · 29/12/2024

I 100% feel this pain! There's 500 things I want to do right now but don't have the energy for any of them. So I'll just sit here on bsky instead 😂

110

Lucybuilds @lucybuilds.bsky.social · 29/12/2024

Well i don't tick any of those boxes and yet somehow I'm intrigued by your newsletter so something must be working 😂

010

Lucybuilds @lucybuilds.bsky.social · 29/12/2024

Thanks Titxo! I guess I need to find something to write about first 🙈

110

Lucybuilds @lucybuilds.bsky.social · 29/12/2024

I think you seem to have plenty of experience to write about that lots would find useful Helen, including myself! 😅😊

120

Lucybuilds @lucybuilds.bsky.social · 29/12/2024

I really want to start my own newsletter but in all honesty, I've no idea what I'd write about and I highly doubt anyone would want to read it. I think I just like the sound of it, the creativity. If anyone has their own newsletter I'd love to hear any experience you can give please! 😊

Lucybuilds @lucybuilds.bsky.social · 29/12/2024

Opened up my laptop tonight for the first time in 5 days. I've never gone this long without even opening my laptop in long while and now I'm struggling to get back into everything 😬 Kind of dreading getting back into code incase I break everything 🙃

I hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday season 🎅 My goals once I'm back home: - List Bookmarkr on more launch platforms - Two specific big feature updates - Potentially UI updates - Learn marketing 😂 What's your goals during/after the holiday season? #buildinpublic

Lucybuilds @lucybuilds.bsky.social · 23/12/2024

You're welcome Leo! 😊 Thank you also! Yeah for sure, can you send me a DM with the details etc please? I'm away for the holidays now so may be a bit slow replying but I'll get back to you ASAP! ☺️
