Maybe I'm just not seeing the whole picture, but if you ask me, parents shouldn't be able to make a decision like that unless it's a serious medical emergency/complication, and should only be given to male in question when they're of age. Am I overreacting? Perhaps, but it just doesn't sit right..

Y'know, I don't think people talk enough about just how messed up and twisted circumcisions at birth are. Personally, unless there are legitimate medical complications that require the procedure, I think they should be much more regulated than they currently are.
