luc @lucilfer.bsky.social · 14/09/2026all the people mad at green yuri is the most I’ve been interested in it since it started. maybe something is finally happening 000
luc @lucilfer.bsky.social · 28/08/2026started a language teaching certification course and they want me to join their discord server... is nothing sacred 020
luc @lucilfer.bsky.social · 27/08/2026deflection. you're deflecting, kloe. I know who you really want 110
luc @lucilfer.bsky.social · 26/08/2026somewhat lesser known tim curry recc, there’s an episode of lexx that has him as a main character and he gets to ham it up so much, it’s awesome 120
luc @lucilfer.bsky.social · 24/08/2026year 2500 “mod fair”, where attendees dress in jeans and play football in fake strip malls 010
luc @lucilfer.bsky.social · 24/08/2026the look I would say I am most trying to emulate is leo in romeo + juliet combined with james gandolfini 030
luc @lucilfer.bsky.social · 20/08/2026was getting ragebaited by platonism all over again yesterday 000
luc @lucilfer.bsky.social · 20/08/2026yesterday’s catfishing was calling Blade Runner a “Hong Kong action movie” and like I know the shaw brothers were involved but I don’t think that alone makes it a hong kong action movie lmao 010
luc @lucilfer.bsky.social · 19/08/2026so clearly it’s awesome. the whole stage play scene is so good 000

luc @lucilfer.bsky.social · 17/08/2026what i’m surprised by so far worth trails on the sky (mostly positively) is how small scale its plot is. like its setting up all this political background that I’m sure will become relevant but mostly it’s focused on relatively minor events overall 020
luc @lucilfer.bsky.social · 17/08/2026-guy whose chosen healer in trails in the sky just fucked off with no clear return time 000
luc @lucilfer.bsky.social · 17/08/2026I wish more jrpgs did the FF15 of having one single party that doesn't change. I feel like you can get a lot more out of the characters like that, esp bc usually when I can pick I tend to stick with the same characters throughout a game anyway 250
luc @lucilfer.bsky.social · 07/08/2026fell on the sidewalk a couple days ago and i’ve been in constant pain since. is this what getting old is 000

luc @lucilfer.bsky.social · 05/08/2026I normally only work 4 hours a day but this week I’m on 6 bc it’s busy season and I’ve been acting like an overworked salaryman it’s kind of embarrassing honestly 130
luc @lucilfer.bsky.social · 25/07/2026mikazuki is awesome, they made heero yuy into a real character 020
luc @lucilfer.bsky.social · 25/07/2026somehow I had gotten it in my head that IBO was like, a post apocalyptic show where they fight giant monsters. no it’s just gundam lmao 000
luc @lucilfer.bsky.social · 25/07/2026anyway orga getting away a bit from his kamina-style bombastic leader who can do no wrong to being a young guy trying to be a leader but it still being a bit too big for him is waaaaay better for his character, I just wish they had done it earlier because I thought he was super offputting early on 000
luc @lucilfer.bsky.social · 25/07/2026IBO has a fat guy character and he’s NOT the one with the eating all the time gimmick this is awesome (not like they haven’t poked fun at him a bit but whatever). him also being the level-headed one in the leadership is great, I love him 130
luc @lucilfer.bsky.social · 25/07/2026(early IBO thoughts ahead) can’t stop thinking about how this is gundam by way of dr stone. especially orga’s whole deal, he’s basically the same guy minus the sciencey tricks 100

luc @lucilfer.bsky.social · 24/07/2026started watching IBO. I think it’s awesome that they set up a conceit that requires them all to fight shirtless and they’re all ripped as fuck 230

luc @lucilfer.bsky.social · 22/07/2026so fucking funny that “Kundun. I liked it!”, one of the funniest lines in tv, is literally in the pilot to the sopranos 000
luc @lucilfer.bsky.social · 21/07/2026currently completely addicted to songs of syx, a dwarf fortress style city builder with more of a focus on bronze age style empire building. it’s so impressive, highly recommend 010
luc @lucilfer.bsky.social · 20/07/2026I do think if they made a lotr movie with exactly that premise right now it would probably be the biggest thing in the world 000
luc @lucilfer.bsky.social · 20/07/2026there is a weirdly specific subset of filmmaker basically defined as regular liberals in their personal lives who repeatedly make essentially fascist movies over and over again. chris nolan and zack snyder being the two big ones but there are others 010
luc @lucilfer.bsky.social · 20/07/2026the espresso shots. I think the flavors mix so well, especially the way my local coffee shop does it 100
