I did it again! I am now a 2-times published author! 🥳✍🏻 If you run a conference or user group and would like a signed copy to raffle and have me speak remotely or in person (location depending) either a workshop or talk on these topics, I’m available!

I was a music scholar, played musical instruments, took exams for those and music theory, listened to all sorts including classical growing up. Despite this, Tchaikovsky’s Romeo and Juliet just came on and my brain went “ooooh Sims”. 🤦🏻‍♂️😂

After helping run #AspireConf last week, seeing the release of @aspire.dev 13.2 and being inspired by the team, I wanted to make something actually useful that uses Aspire. Best part? It uses a PR I currently have to support @mongodb.bsky.social Atlas locally 😀. Meet The App Host

Aspire Dashboard showing a bunch of resources running, including a redis cache, MongoDB Atlas Local container, web-api, website and more

Home page of a new Aspire community hub called The App Host showing a code snippet of AppHost.cs and a timeline of Aspire releases

Already learned so much from this session. Naming things is hard but Aspire has loads of ways to name things on the dashboard for readability! #AspireConf

Thought my newly published book would make a good first post! I describe myself as many things, published author is one of my favourites!
