Blood test PDFs go into a folder nobody opens again. Send them to aevio instead. It keeps the results by date. Months later, ask "what was my ferritin?" and it shows the value with the range from that report.

Great article, wrong language. In FeedNest, open it, tap translate and pick yours. The title and the text switch right there in the reader.
FeedNest on the web, demo account. An Ars Technica article about keyboard switches open in the reader with its title in Italian, under a banner that says Translated to Italian next to a Show Original button. Card title: Read it in your language.

Is your vitamin D higher than it was a year ago? Ask aevio. It pulls that value from every blood test you've sent it and charts the readings by date, next to your lab's range. Waitlist in the reply.
aevio chat, demo data. The question: How has my vitamin D changed over the last two years? The answer comes with a chart of Vitamin D (25-OH) across four blood tests, from November 2024 to September 2026: it rises from 23 to 41 ng/mL, with the lab's reference range, 30 to 100, marked on the chart.

Got a new blood test and the one from March? Send aevio both PDFs. A couple of minutes later, ask what changed. It lines them up marker by marker: what moved, by how much, what's back in range.

Wear a WHOOP or own a Withings scale? You don't type any of it into aevio. Ask what you can connect, tap Connect, sign in with them, and sleep, recovery and weight come in on their own.

Until yesterday you needed FeedNest Pro to connect it to Claude or ChatGPT. Now the free plan does it too: follow the sites you like, connect once, and ask your assistant what they just published.

Some of what you follow isn't a site, it's a topic. In FeedNest you type one under Google News, like Formula 1, check the latest stories in the preview, and follow it next to your sites.
FeedNest on iPhone: a Google News search for "Formula 1" with a preview of the latest stories from BBC and Sky Sports, next to a Follow button.

Starting magnesium tonight. Tell aevio what it is, how much and when. It goes in your supplement stack, and it's there the next time you ask what you're taking.
aevio chat with demo data. The user writes: Starting magnesium glycinate tonight, 2 capsules at 10pm. aevio replies: Added to your stack, starting tonight. Then: What am I taking now? aevio shows a Supplement stack card: Vitamin D3 1000 IU at breakfast, Omega-3 1 softgel at dinner, Magnesium Glycinate 2 capsules at 10:00 PM.

Every morning my WHOOP gives me a recovery score. My last 30 averaged 74.7%. A number alone doesn't tell me what to do. aevio reads it next to my sleep, training and meals, and tells me what it means for today. Yesterday: 88%, workout already logged, nothing to add.
Card from aevio, dark theme. Title: My recovery, last 30 mornings, on WHOOP's own scale. A pink line chart of morning recovery from WHOOP from August 25 to September 23, average 74.7 percent. My watch gives me an HRV number every night. The last 30 ran from 121 to 149 ms. It reads them from light at the wrist. Across 43 studies, that reading was checked against ECG mostly at rest, not during sleep (Xu 2026, emerging). Sleep is exactly when mine gets taken.
Dark card titled What my watch calls HRV, last 30 nights. A line chart of the nightly wrist reading over the last 30 days averages 138.5 ms per day, from Aug 24 to Sep 22.
