Biddy Blas gets at the heart of what Star Wars does best, which is "make up a bunch of weird freaks in the style of chunky prosthetics and puppets." Modern Star Wars often falls flat because there's not enough scenes where a bunch of weird chunky freaks appear and add nothing to the plot

AAA Remakes in 2026 are just not for me. if the game is too different then its not a remake its something new (ff7r) and if its basically the same thing with overindulgent graphics (oot) then i dont want to spend $80 on it. i want new art not art that makes me remember old art

Something that sticks out to me playing Code Realize is that American parody VNs don't come anywhere close to being as outlandish as the real thing. It's always some variation on "what if you could date an inanimate object who's actually just a totally normal guy"
