Humor Satire Memes @funnysnarkyjoke.bsky.social · 3h

A meme based on a scene from Austin Powers, featuring Dr. Evil, Frau Farbissina, and two henchmen in gray suits standing together and laughing maniacally. Text at the top reads: "New developments at the Department of Defense," with a small "made with mematic" watermark in the bottom left corner.

I'll see what I can do about getting V'vidar recognized by the Federation. I know Mom will definitely arrange for the Romulan Republic to recognize it.

Interesting...Are there any benevolent Borg factions in your universe?

Yeah, I guess in a way since you were created with Borg technology.

It will. I just hope we have a good future ahead of us.

Yes, he is. I just hope his journey is relatively smooth.

Like I said, I've met only one besides Thanilon, and I know of another because my mother knew her briefly.

He mentioned El-Auria, but that was assimilated by the Borg over a century ago and the El-Aurian survivors are scattered throughout the galaxy. I've met only one El-Aurian besides Thanilon since I joined Starfleet.

Oh...I told him his grandfather's dead and he called me a liar.

It's true, though. He was trying to reenter the Nexus by blowing up the star Veridian, but Captain Jean-Luc Picard and Captain James T. Kirk killed him before he could pull it off...

Tolian Soran?! I...have bad news for you, Thanilon. Tolian Soran died on Veridian III 30 years ago...

You must be new around here. My name is Aurora. I also have a Romulan name, T'Maekh.

...Romulus, the Romulan homeworld, was destroyed by a supernova 15 years ago I don't think it's anywhere near El-Auria. The Romulans are a people who left the planet Vulcan 2000 years ago in a event called the Sundering because they violently disagreed with the teachings of Surak.

Because my maternal grandfather was Romulan. Romulans have pointed ears.

Fascinating. I think the Vortawa word for "Freedom" might be appropriate.
