Let’s all put our paws together to welcome to Anna the African Wild Dog!! These adorable pups are also called painted dogs. They live in tightly knit packs and are the second largest canid in the world (after wolves). #artsky #handmade #smallbiz #plushie #smallbatch #handsewn #artvsinspiration

Rocky the Hyrax is a sweet little guy who uses his cute little foot pads to climb steep rocks to sun himself. Sometimes he gets too hot though and sticks out his tongue to help regulate his temperature 😛. If you try to observe the cuteness too close he will not hesitate to show you his fangs.

The Squargs are getting their daily dose of yoga in. It may not look like it but this improves their attitude quite a bit! #yoga #handmadedoll #artsky #handmadesmallbusiness

I suck at posting here but I’m going to try to get better so o can move further away from meta platforms. Anywho, the Squargs are back and more colorful than ever! They still have an attitude though 😒

What if Cupid was just a teeny Bigfoot with wings? 🤔🥰

A small peachy pink Bigfoot plush with very large feet stretched out in front while seated. Two pink hearts appear on the Bigfoots forehead and white wings peek out from over its shoulders.

If you are trying to reduce your carbon footprint this year shopping with small businesses is a great way to accomplish that, especially for reducing textile waste. Small textile businesses often save their scraps to create other things or trade with other creators. #smallbusiness #wednesdaywisdom

One of my favorite games as an artist is playing the ‘what can I turn these awkward scraps of fabric into?’ I work very hard to reduce my fabric waste and making scrappy monsters is both fun and eco-friendly 🌎 And yes they do have a pocket for snacks! #ecofriendly #handmade #smallbisiness #artsky

It’s a good day to create a manta ray! And bonus! It’s made completely of scrap fabric that I’ve been hanging on to forever 😄 This fella does have a pocket to keep snacks in as well! #handmade #plushie #originaldesign #artsky #cuteandcuddly #itsgotpockets

It’s been a bit since posting but I’m back to hoped post more! This is an original creature that I created called a Sulara, they are cloud herders. These adorable creatures live in the sky napping on clouds throughout the day and then leading them to new sky pastures with different scenery ☀️☁️

Scarecrows are all wrapped up for fall and headed off to their new homes! These were so fun to create and each one uses patches from my scrap pile making them all OOAK in their own way plus reducing fabric waste which is a core part of my work 😃 #artsky #handmade

Bob will hold your book and a snack but don’t expect him to be happy about it 😒

Election results put me in the mood to create this grump. Bob is not an amphibian, definitely not one of those earth dwellers, forgs? Bah! He’s a semi-aquatic Squarg from the planet Valinia thank you very much. He just wants to cultivate his rare moss crops & be left alone. #grumpy #art #plushie
