the shot where Toomes is revealed to be Liz’s dad is genuinely one of the greatest plot twists, like from the exact frame this happened, you could hear a pin drop with how dead silent my theater was at that shot

The entirety of the “Puny God” sequence is great but him holding Loki by the legs like he’s some root vegetable he pulled from the ground is peak visual comedy

Honestly, I still think that Adam Reed would be a great choice of writing staff members for Booster Gold mostly because he's written this exact type of character inherent to Booster Gold to critical acclaim before in Frisky Dingo with Xander Crews/Awesome X.

Calling it now, Sparky from Knights of Guinevere is gonna be revealed to be revealed as a pastiche of Ub Iwerks I.e the person who actually did a lot of the heavy lifting for Walt Disney who had constantly felt undercredited for his contributions

Zara Khan from Archer is a large part of why I don’t like the final season of Archer barring the finale which is actually pretty great, My problem with Zara is that she feels like a mix of Lana’s extreme competence and Archer’s hedonism without any of the drawbacks

Case in point, would because Catherine Tate has a very attractive voice

I think it would be really fucking funny if Langston Fleury and his "Bird Blindness" eventually turned out to be a sign that he was a reincarnation of Hath-Set

Hiruzen buddy, I get that you didn't want Naruto to know that he was a Jinchuriki for the 9-Tailed Fox, but like you didn't need to have him be dirt poor, also you not immediately executing Danzo the moment he tried and failed to usurp control of the Leaf was a massive mistake.

Werner Frank/Dr. Franxx from Darling in The Franxx is one of the most depraved villains who is responsible for a good chunk of the problems all the characters suffer from in the series and giving him a tragic backstory does not erase all the horrid atrocities he's committed.

Asahi Saiba/Nakiri from Food Wars is the worst, he's the character introduced that signaled a downturn in the quality of the series by basically giving him Cooking based Superpowers that breaks the series on a foundational level

Kazuya from Rent a Girlfriend fucking sucks because he just can't leave well enough alone like ffs Kazuya, Chizuru ain't gonna let you hit because she's just not that into you.

Ashley from the Mass Effect series is a bigot towards my alien crew members, I don’t care that she gets better, I’m leaving her to die on Virmire 9 times out of 10

Leo Akaba from Yu-Gi-Oh Arc-V is a terrible villain, he wants to bring his daughter back to life and in order to do so he decides the best course of action to be “let’s do child soldiers and invade and fuck up the XYZ dimension to swipe one of the girls I need”

Karol from Tales of Vespiria undergoes some incredible growth, too bad that it comes too little too late because he’s too much of a coward, his voice is grating, I hate playing as him, and finally his Brave Vespiria plot line sucks

Gabriel Summers aka Vulcan is a textbook example for the worst parts of Omega Level Mutant writing and Deadly Genesis was such an aggressively shit storyline

I think if I were to design a new look for Brainiac, I think I’d choose to make his default look something like The Space Jockey from Alien like a Gieger-esque Biomechanical abomination that’s like 9 feet tall and nobody knows where the machine ends an the fleshy parts begin

I respect that look, but Otto in an expensive-looking white Armani Suit gives him so much aura and scratches an itch for me

If you ask me, my Favorite parts of Starfire’s design is her being extremely tall, and also having big pure green eyes, the latter of which is important because it adds a sense of approachability and sweetness while also being very alien looking.

Like I think a great example of how to write Darkseid properly even though I have mixed feelings on King's Mister Miracle, is this sequence where Darkseid double dips a carrot. this tells me way more about him than "Hype Moments and Aura" Darkseid because it shows that...

Darkseid is so evil that he's a double dipper.

Caesar Clown is so funny, he literally spends the bare minimum of Big Mom’s stipend for Gigantification Research and then spends the rest of the funding on booze and prostitutes
