Awww; way to not check socials, self. But hey, we celebrated in person ❤️ Incidentally, I loved those sandal things. But HOW though? Some things change, and others stay the same. We still love The ‘Wars, maaan!

Two goofball besties 26 years after becoming closer friends when they realized a mutual love for Star Wars and sci fi. They are dressed in fuzzy gloves and cloth hoods with fuzzy ears to approximate Ewoks, characters from a Star Wars movie, while posing faux-menacingly in a part of the Redwood forest where that movie was filmed.

So,today is #LightsabersForLeia day. I’ve never managed to make it happen, and I’m not sure where my lightsaber is so that’s not changing this year either. But it was Carrie Fisher’s birthday. Also early voting in Texas. So, I engaged in a Carrie-approvable activity today. Screw L’Orange!🌊
