Gotta love starting the week with the news that my boss (who’s great, btw) is leaving the company and his replacement is the least “people person” in the team… 😑

I never realized that Money For Nothing, by Dire Straits, is over 8 minutes long!

Gym buddies ran into me right after I took these and went: “damn, you look so pumped and big!” I’m gonna ride that high the entire weekend

One of the weird side effects I have when I cut is that my spice tolerance goes down the drain. I end up having to eat a bunch of bland food cause otherwise my tongue goes ouchie. But I already lost like 25 lbs in a bit over two months, so there’s that.

It seems that a lot of Lucky’s past endeavors (a published book, her performance history) are all fabricated, plus she’s posting a lot of AI manufactured content on Instagram, including a “photo shoot” with Ru lol

She’s spreading the tea, but she’s not the target 🫢 It’s about Lucky, and let’s just say that it makes Robbie Turner a truth teller

Tim, however, I’ve admired since I was a kid. The first movie with him I watched is still my favorite movie ever (Clue), and it saddens me that it’s one less “weirdo” that can bring good chaotic energy to any movie. The world needs less serious people to balance out all the drama.

Two days, two legends that are gone. While I didn’t fully grasp who Dolly was until I was an adult, she was a light during all the dark days, and the world is a sadder place without her joy, her energy and her kindness. Cont…

One thing I’ll say is: test drive it a lot before making a choice, specially trying with different regen levels. It changes a bit between EVs and it’s good to find one where you’re comfortable with how it speeds up and slows down.

LP @lpdoesstuff.bsky.social · 11/08/2026

As an EV owner for the past 5 years, do it! I spend way less charging than I ever did refueling, the instant torque is fun as hell, there’s no engine noise to drown out music/conversations and, if you get one with it, one-pedal driving is awesome!

030

LP @lpdoesstuff.bsky.social · 03/08/2026

It’s funny how a change in scenery can have such a massive impact on your life. After I moved to Portland, most of my stress has simply vanished. Because Oregon is cheaper, I’ve been able to refurnish my place way ahead of time, and I’m now excited to decorate my home once again…

After 4 years, got myself a new iPhone and daaamn, the battery life has been such a blessing. My old phone would be at 40% this time of day (barely after noon), and the new one is at 90% right now.
